im working on a new guy, he's green and wonderful. i am excited about him. i also made a big batch of onigiri and yaki onigiri, and ate a lot of it. also good. then i wrote a little tutorial on making onigiri, or rather, how i make them. that's Right Here.

thanks for sharing the link to the onigiri. I tried them a while back from an asian cooking book and although they tasted yummy (i used tuna) they were not as pretty as yours.
I like the pics and the very simple clear instructions.
